Online Fundraiser: We'll provide you with a unique fundraiser code and instructions to drive traffic to your online fundraiser. Your customers will visit and select the items they wish to purchase. We then fill each order and deliver the products to the fundraiser coordinator for distribution. Funds are collected from the customer by you upon delivery of their items. Once all items have been delivered and funds collected, you collect your 30% off the top and then send our part to us. No more waiting for processing.
One Day On-Site Fundraiser: We'll come to your location, set up a table with our products, and you bring in the customers. At the end of the event, you'll collect 30% of our sales. This option is perfect if you have the space to host a full craft show, where you can invite other makers and crafters to set up and help raise even more funds for your cause.
Here's how it works: Our base product price is $8.00, but for your fundraiser, we mark them up to $10.00 per item. Each item contains a bonus collectible polished stone and is much larger than our original soap bars. When your customers purchase an item, they're making a $2.00 donation. We'll then match that with an additional 50% donation, giving you $1.00 from our share - that's a total of $3.00 for every item sold! Let's get started on your exciting new fundraiser today.
Community Fund: We will continue to place money from all of our craft show events into a "Community Fund", even when we are not working on a specific fundraiser. In addition to the 30% of each sale of our soap products, we have earmarked certain items for the sole purpose of adding to this fund which we make zero profit. The purpose of this fund is to have standby cash in the event a fundraiser fails to reach its goals, and we can chip in a bit extra. This fund will also allow us to be able to help people in our community in times of dire need when other help may not be available.
